We invite you to fill in all the required fields during the purchase of the order to be able to contact you in the event that the chosen product is not available or for any other emergency.

 1. When will my bouquet arrive?

You choose the date and time slot of the delivery. On the product page before making your purchase or on the shopping cart page for all fresh flower products. 

In the event that there are no more couriers available, we will contact you to find a solution, otherwise we will refund your entire purchase.

It is not possible to choose the time of delivery. 

The time will be communicated directly by the company that takes care of the organization of the delivery through a message with the most precise time slot when it will be delivered to the telephone number you leave when ordering.

For durable (eg Christmas flower arrangements) and dried products we need 4 days to prepare the order and ship.

 

2. How soon in advance should I place my order for fresh flowers?

For orders received before 19:00 the day before delivery, we guarantee delivery the next day. 

for same-day orders received after 19.00, the afternoon time slot must be indicated as we need time to process the order and deliver it to the driver.

Deliveries are handled by the delivery service DELIVERIT - Five-star deliveries. 

It is not possible to choose the time of delivery. 

The time will be communicated directly by the company that takes care of the organization of the delivery through a message with the most precise time slot when it will be delivered to the telephone number you leave when ordering.

 

3. How can I know if my bouquet is on the way?

If you want to know the status of your order you can call +393516600280 and ask for information on the status of your order indicating the order number. 

 

4. Weekend deliveries

We make deliveries every day. 

 

5. What happens if there is no one at the delivery point when the courier arrives?

The drivers will do everything possible to deliver your order on the day and at the address indicated or leave it at the neighbor's or porter's house. We ask you to carefully check the house number, chap. 

It is important to leave the telephone number of the recipient  (even if you want it to be a surprise) to the courier just in case. As only one delivery attempt will be made. In case of non-delivery, the courier will bring the delivery back to the warehouse and to reschedule the delivery a fee of € 20.00 will be applied for the second delivery. Or it can be picked up in the next 3 days from the delivery date.
